What you are buying

Ember is a private place to store, find and organize your own audio recordings. A subscription costs $20 a year and includes 2 GB of storage, with files of up to 50 MB each.

Ember is in early access. Features may change and there may be rough edges. We will not remove your recordings as part of changing the product.

Your music stays yours

You own everything you upload. You give Ember permission to store your files and play them back to you, and nothing more. We claim no rights in your recordings and we do not use them to train AI models.

Only upload material you have the right to store.

Payment, renewal and cancelling

• The subscription is billed once a year through Stripe and renews automatically until you cancel.
• You can cancel any time from the Account page. You keep full access until the end of the period you paid for.
• After a subscription ends, your library becomes read-only. You can still listen, download and delete. You cannot add or edit until you renew.
• If the price changes, we will tell you by email before your next renewal.

Refunds

If Ember is not what you expected, write to admin@azulafiteco.com and we will work it out with you.

Fair use

• One account is for one person.
• Do not use Ember to store material that is illegal, or to attack or overload the service.
• We may suspend an account that does either, after contacting you where that is possible.

Keeping your own copies

We work hard to keep your recordings safe, but no service can promise it will never lose data. Ember is for organizing your ideas. Please keep copies of recordings that matter to you. You can download any file from its page.

Availability and liability

Ember is provided as it is, without a guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending your account

You can delete your account from the Account page whenever you like. How deletion works is described in the Privacy page.
